Refund Policy

Out-Class does not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. To ensure our students are satisfied with their decision prior to completing a purchase, the first episode of each course is free. Click here to start your free trial.

Delivery Policy

Out-Class products are restricted to online use at www.out-class.org. Once a purchase is complete, login credentials and access details are delivered to the purchaser's self-reported email address.

Cancellation Policy

Once a purchase has been made, it cannot be cancelled. To ensure our students are satisfied with their decision prior to completing a purchase, the first episode of each course is free.

In rare circumstances, when a purchase has been made in error, Out-Class, at its sole discretion, may award a cancellation. If you believe you have completed a purchase in error, please contact us immediately at support@out-class.org.
